Beers are brewed strict to the German Purity law which allows only Water, Hops Barley and yeast in brewing process and completely free of any additives and GMO ingredients.

The Franconia Brewing Company legacy can be traced back over 220 years to the Franconia region of Germany. Today, in the heart of McKinney, TX, we proudly honor the tradition of naturally brewing OUR BEERS by remaining compliant with Reinheitsgebot and using environmentally-friendly processes. By combining the local accessibility to North Texas with our German heritage and rich history, we are able to provide the fine people of Texas with a taste of some of the most genuine and freshest Bavarian beer available.
We not only produce the freshest brews for your favorite restaurants, pubs, taverns, and retail stores we also have adapted many GREEN practices to help improve the environmental concerns in North Dallas. Such measurements include recycling our mash into local cattle feed and operating in a state-of-the-art, energy-efficient building.
